From Supernatural Encounters during Rave Scene, Drugs & PLUR Mantra To Casting Out Demons – Bryan Ketler.

“The rave scene was about PLUR. That was the rave new age mantra. Peace, Love, Unity, Respect…”

This reminds me of the new age rhetoric and practices of the 60’s hippie movement. I’m honoured to share Bryan’s story on my blog! Wonderful to see Bryan find Jesus and then dramatically enter the deliverance ministry, Laura.

“When the Light came in the car. What happened to me took no time. I was taken out of time and into eternity…

—

…I witnessed her eyes turn colors. They would turn completely black, or her pupils would turn to slits like a snake. I watched smoke or steam rise off her head. I watched her slither around on the ground like a snake. I heard her speak with many voices. She had taken razor blades and sliced herself all over her arms, neck and face. She carved occultist symbols into her arms and neck. While we were singing (worshiping Jesus), the deep bleeding slices started to heal up right before my eyes.”

I have shared my story in youth group meetings, on local Christian radio and the like over the past 20 years.

I grew up in a broken home with no Father and a drunk for a Mother. My Grandparents, who took care of my two brothers and I took us to church with them on Sunday. That formed my early belief system.

—

When I was very young I was shown porn films by my older brother. I was also sexually molested by a male friend. These things lead me to be sexually active at a young age. This lead me to see females as my salvation.

—

After a number of bad decisions followed by many bad heart breaks I found myself at 22 Living with my Mother and no prospect for a future. I applied for one of those jobs traveling around and “demonstrating products”. It was selling Cleaner door to door. We were somewhere in Michigan when my bad attitude got me dropped off at the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. They said I was like cancer and needed cut out.

So there I was trying desperately to get home with several suitcases and no money. It was a long journey but eventually I made it home to Mom’s house. I felt so bad for my Mom since I just left and she thought I was gone for good that I contacted friend in Pittsburgh and asked her if I could come stay with her. I had idea what I would do after that. She said Yes.

Pittsburgh

My first night in Pittsburgh I met a witch. I was at a bar/club. She was cute. We went back to her house. I stayed overnight. To make long story short I ended up moving in with her. She introduced me to LSD. She once told me she was going to party for eternity with satan in hell. I liked LSD.

—

Florida

Back home in Massillon I had no plans to stick around. My friend Dave asked me if I wanted to go to Florida and stay with his Mom for “a while”. I said Yes.

We were having all kinds of a debauched time when we decided to go to Orlando one night. While at a night club I ran into an old friend from Canton. He had moved to Orlando and become a drug dealer. He told us about a “rave party” going on downtown starting at 3:30 am. He was our guide.

That night, at this amazing event, I took more LSD than I ever had taken and had the best time of my life. The music was positive and uplifting. People from all walks of life partied as one. I had found heaven on earth.

Ohio

Back in Ohio I moved back in with my Mom, got a job, a car and was ready. Not to become a responsible person but someone who was going to find and partake in all the raves I could! And I did for 5 years every weekend. I took every drug possible. And had all the fun I could squeeze out of life. Until it all started to fall apart…

In the rave scene I met many witches and worlocks and new age spiritists. I heard of how we all are one being, moving and breathing as one with the planet. But the religions of the world, especially Christianity was keeping us from the next step in evolution. It was keeping us from true unity as the human race. Those words started to make me question what I thought I believed from my early days spent at church with my Grandma.

On top of this I started to see how the drugs and the people that were my rave family were starting to crack and fall apart. All was not well in rave land.

Bad Trip

One night I had a bad trip. I was having an amazing trip, traveling into and out of rave flyers (don’t ask) when all of a sudden, from a standing position, I fell to the floor in slow motion. I hit hard but felt nothing.

—

The next thing I know I can see another one of me standing next to my dresser. The me by the dresser said “Oh no I fell!” Then another one of me sitting on the couch looked at the other me and said “So”.

—

I laid on the floor as my heart pounded in my chest like a jackhammer. I thought it would explode. I struggled to get up but finally made it to the kitchen. I drank a large glass of water that made me extremely sick to my stomach but started to bring me down slightly. I had 2 choices: continue in my trip and hope my heart didn’t explode or keep drinking and be sick but slightly sober. I chose the latter.

Another Bad Trip

It was a long time before I tripped again. The next time would be significant I believe in this spiritual journey. I had invited a bunch of people over for kind bud and gel tabs. No one showed. I did all the drugs myself.

—

About halfway through I started to see so called shadow people. It wasn’t the first time. I started to think about hell and the devil. It wasn’t the first time. The thoughts snowballed.

—

Every face I looked at on magazines turned into demon faces. I tried to reason the thoughts away. It wasn’t working.

—

I cried out to the God who may or may not have existed and I told Him that I wanted Him to reveal himself to me. Because if He was not real I wanted to party myself into oblivion without any guilt about a made up hell. Little did I know He was about to answer my prayer.

—

Demonic Revelation At The Party

I moved in with a girl named Charlotte. She had a friend named Jenny. Jenny was a believer. She talked to about Jesus. She answered the hundreds of questions I had. She befriended me. One night we went to a house party in Cleveland thrown by a warlock. I took ecstasy. And smoked marijuana.

At one point I was in the basement when I struck up a conversation with a man high on the ladder of the Rave Mafia (This was a thing). I still believed the rave scene was about PLUR! That was the rave mantra. Peace, Love, Unity, Respect!

—

This man proceeded to tell me that the scene was all about drugs. Without drugs there was no scene. I was naive! Our conversation ended and I went upstairs from the basement. When I got to the main room I noticed all the people there were walking hunched over. Their faces were drawn downward and distorted. They looked like demonic creatures! All of them.

—

All of them except for Jenny the Christian! She was standing tall with a big smile on her face. A beautiful light surrounded her. The demonic party kids were avoiding getting near the light. They walked out around her ,as to not get near the light. I told her we needed to go. I felt very uncomfortable but strangely knew what it all meant.

—

The Car

On the way home we were speaking about Dolly the Sheep. She was the first successfully cloned animal. As Charlotte and Jenny sat in the front seat discussing Dolly I sat in the back and started to ponder. It was as if mankind was through with God. We had gotten to the place where we could make our own animals. Next it would be people. We wouldn’t need God after that. I started to feel sorry for God.

The Incredible Light

At that moment an incredible light filled the backseat of the car. I looked toward the front seat to see if Jenny or Charlotte noticed. I caught my eyes in the rear view mirror right before the light enveloped me. Then I was no longer in the car…

—

*(What follows I have not tried to make sense of. It is simply what I experienced.)

The next thing I know is that I am a small child. I am walking around the Church I attended when I was younger. I am being lead around by The Hand. I look up to see a dark skinned Hand with a scar on it from being pierced. I know it is Jesus. He has me notice the Light.

—

The same Light that was around Jenny and in the car is in the church! It is in some of the people. In some people it is brighter than others. The Light is also floating around the church.

—

The next thing I know is that I see a Bible open up in front of me and I go into it. All of the truth inside goes into me like thousands of pictures flying by in a few seconds!

—

Then I am in The Light. Nothing but Light. And incredible peace. And I believe the presence of Almighty God.

—

He Lives!

The next thing I know is that I am back in the car. I am still looking at the rear view mirror. I notice that we are just now passing the place in the road that we were at when the Light came in the car. What happened to me took no time. I was taken out of time and into eternity. I was sober.

—

And all I could picture is Jesus Christ as the center of the universe holding it together. Nothing happened without His say so. He made it all. He runs it all. He did come as a man. He did die on a cross. He rose again. And He is coming back again.

—

I desperately wanted to tell Jenny to pull over. I wanted to go to homes and knock on doors. At 6 o’clock in the morning. We needed to warn people that Jesus was coming back. I have never felt more strongly about anything in my life.

—

Grandma

When we got home I called my Grandma. It was Sunday morning. She was not up for church yet. When she answered the phone all I could say was “Is He coming back?” Over and over again. She said “Is who coming back?” I tried to say His name. When I got up the strength to say the name of Jesus I broke down and wept and wept.

—

I went to church with Jenny that morning since it was conveniently Sunday morning. I walked in and connected with all the people there on a spiritual level. I felt the peace, love, unity and respect I had looked for in the rave scene and had never found. I found it in Jesus and His body.

—

After I Got Saved

I met a wonderful Pastor and his family. They let me come and stay with them in their fellowship hall. My life had been flipped upside down and I wasn’t sure yet what exactly I believed. If people talked about Jesus I figured they were speaking the truth. So I went to a lot of church services of different denominations. One night the Pastors teenage children and myself decided to go to a youth group “lock-in” at the local AME Zion Church. At one point they were praying over the youth choir and I had gone to get a drink in the hallway.

As I was coming back into the sanctuary I heard a ruckus. I went toward the front to see a young lady flopping on the floor and screaming as the minister prayed against evil spirits. This made me very uncomfortable. I hated the Exorcist movie. I said to God, “If this is fake or some kind of deception I am not going to be happy.” Then I heard the Lord clearly say these words “If you want to go where I want to take you, then this is merely the beginning of the things you will see”.

Mt. Vernon

He was not joking. I soon moved to Mt. Vernon Ohio to get away from the rave scene and all the people I had hung out with, all those drug riddled years. Mt. Vernon was a small town with about 50 churches and a Nazarene college. Soon after I was invited to a church that was in a barn out in the middle of nowhere. I saw many spiritual things there over the next 4 years. I saw healings, deliverances, answered prayer of all types, and felt the power and presence of God in a way I never could have imagined. I also saw that the enemy is very real and active.

It all culminated when a young woman from another church asked for prayer. She told me she had sacrificed her baby to satan. I took her to my Pastors house.

—

That First Night

On the way to his house my friend looked at me and said, “I don’t feel good about this. I have a feeling that something bad is going to happen”. I said “No way. Tom is a great guy. You’ll love him”.

Two hours later I understood what she meant.

—

As we were talking Tom looked at my friend and said, “Look me in the eye and tell me that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior”. She gripped the edge of the table. He said it again. She started to moan. Or growl. I’m not sure. He said it again. She started to bang her head on the table. He placed a hand on her shoulder and started to pray.

—

She threw herself onto the floor and crawled quickly into the corner. She huddled on the floor in the corner as several different sounds came from her. Voices? Noises? Groans? Moans? Cat like sounds? All of the above. All at the same time.

—

Tom called the elders of the church to come to his house to pray over my friend. What I saw those next few hours and then next few weeks was like deliverance ministry school, up close and personal.

—

Jesus overcomes Satan

—

The Enemy

Over the next few weeks, during many deliverance sessions I would witness my friend’s strength become superhuman. Her 5’3” 130 lb frame would be able to battle 2 men who were 6’3” and 275 lbs. They would try to hold her down and she would shove them aside.

—

I witnessed her eyes turn colors. They would turn completely black, or her pupils would turn to slits like a snake. I watched smoke or steam rise off her head. I watched her slither around on the ground like a snake. As I laid across her legs to hold her down I felt something moving around inside her body. Like a creature looking for an escape. I heard her speak with many voices. I smelled the foul stench of death pour out from her mouth.

—

I was attacked one day while I was driving her to my Pastor’s house. I had been there many many times and yet one particular evening I kept getting lost. Would have to turn around just to get lost again.

—

One night while she was in a home with my friends and I (Not Tom’s house) I saw several impish creatures walking around the living room. (It was like how you could see The Predator in those movies.) When I rebuked them in the name of Jesus, I watched them scatter at the power of His name.

—

The Healing

The highlight was one night when we were out looking for my friend. She was stumbling around town like she was drunk. She was bleeding all over her body. She had taken razor blades and sliced herself all over her arms, neck and face. She carved occultist symbols into her arms and neck. We picked her up and took her to Tom’s.

—

After a long deliverance session Tom suddenly told us to stop. He said he felt that the Lord wanted us to worship Him and He would do the rest. My friend Scott started playing his guitar. We all raised our hands and worshipped the Lord.

During these past few weeks my friend was emotionless when she wasn’t manifesting the demons that were controlling her.

—

While we were singing she raised up to a seated position and lean against a barn pillar. She started to weep. And weep heavily. I watched as, in a sweeping motion, up her arms then back down, then back up again, the deep bleeding slices started to heal up right before my eyes. More and more with each movement. Until they were just scars. Almost completely healed.

—

But I believe God left a small reminder of what He had done.

I thank God that my Grandparents were faithful followers of Christ. And that my Grandma was such a prayer warrior. I shudder to think what my life would have looked like if they hadn’t been.

Kim Morgan saw darkness behind the scenes in LA and Hollywood as she worked in model agencies and casinos, meeting many film stars.

“The truth about the assassination of JFK and other so called conspiracy theories took me down the rabbit hole.” Seeking truth, Kim became fascinated by becoming ‘activated’ to higher spiritual vibrations. Astral projection and lucid dreams fed her esoteric interests. A psychic told her a guy she’d met was her soul mate. She believed this as too many alleged synchronicities confirmed it. Later she knew this was a lie as he was so destructive.

She began to suffer from sleep paralysis attacks. She was even attacked by a hideous incubus demon and a demon with diabolical eyes, dressed as a clown.

“One night, after maybe the 3rd attack, I spent the entire night on the internet researching shadow people and in the morning began to nod off in my easy chair. Again, I could feel the pulling begin and an audible voice, in my right ear say, “Do you really think you can win?”

That was when I knew I was in a spiritual struggle for my very soul. That was when it dawned on my that I had been tricked, over and over, by demonic spirits from an early age.”

Halloween – Two Opposing Views.

Due to Halloween, I always get inundated with questions about the New Age and the Occult, from September through to November. Interestingly, these 3 months are my busiest times for TV and radio interviews and ministry engagements too. So, I take opportunities to reach out more during this season.

As an ex new age spiritualist, I no longer celebrate Halloween. There’s a
selection of articles and videos on this blog by myself and others sharing why we warn about it.

Halloween – trick or truth?

Halloween is coming up and the stores are starting to sell their pumpkins, witch dresses and all that goes with this ‘festival’. Before the Lord saved me in a dramatic way, I was involved in witchcraft, so to me, Halloween has a different meaning than for many others. I don’t see it as harmless, just fun for children to enjoy. In fact, both the historical background as well as today’s practice of Halloween by witches has a very demonic source.

With Halloween coming up, I’ve received several invitations to share my testimony. Many people, including Christians, are not aware of the dark side of Halloween. I can understand that, because all the shops and commercials tell us, is it is just ’fun’! Why should we spoil that fun by disapproving of it?

Why we should be careful
Let me share some paragraphs with you from Derek Prince’s book Protection from Deception why I feel we should be careful.

In 1 Thessalonians 5:21, Paul told believers to “test all things; hold fast what is good.” Failure to test supernatural experiences is a failure to follow the mandates of Scripture. Jesus provided distinct warnings against deception by false manifestations that will be ushered in at the end of the age. Four of these warnings are recorded within twenty-one verses in the book of Matthew.

First, in Matthew 24:4, Jesus warned, “Take heed that no one deceives you.” In verse 5, He foretold, “For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ [Messiah],’ and will deceive many.” In verse 11, He warned, “Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.” Finally, in verse 24, He concluded, “For false christs [messiahs] and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.”

These warnings are not to be taken lightly. Anyone who disregards them does so at the peril of his own soul. Deception—not sickness, poverty, or persecution—is the greatest single danger in the end of the age. (Derek Prince, Protection from deception)

Now that is a sobering thought! We need to discern spiritual matters. If we don’t, we do so at the peril of our souls, for eternity.

Three things on Halloween
I won’t go into too much detail about Halloween because the internet can tell you everything you need to know. There are just three things I want to say about it.

Samhain is a very old tradition and was originally a Celtic festival. When Christianity came to the West, the church tried to stamp out this celebration. However, this didn’t work so the church tried a new approach and turned it into a Christian Festival: All Saint’s Eve or Hallows Eve (and if you say that very quickly, so understand why it’s now called ‘Halloween’). All Hallows Eve was a special mass to remember the saints. The day after Halloween (2 November) was a special day to commemorate all deceased people and to pray for their eternal souls.
Halloween is still one of the main festivals for witches, although they call it Samhain. It’s the time of year where they say the distinction between the world of the living and the spiritual world is very thin, so THEY SAY – (Laura’s Emphasis), it is easier TO ATTEMPT TO– (Laura’s Emphasis), make contact with the spirits of the deceased. The word of God tells us not to do so ( Deut. 18:10,11), but for witches, this night is full of spiritual activity. These witches openly disobey God’s Word and are actually inviting demonic powers to manifest themselves.
With this night being the ‘open door’ for demonic activity, the Celts would dress in white and blackened their faces to trick the evil spirits they believed roamed the earth. By the 11th century, the Church had incorporated this into the tradition called ‘souling’, where children dressed as angels, saints or demons, would go door-to-door asking for ‘soul cakes’. In exchange for these sweet cakes marked with a cross, they would pray for the souls of friends or relatives.

Personally, I don’t have anything against witches. In fact, most of them are of goodwill and the way they care for the environment could serve as an example for many of us. Yet, they are deceived by the spiritual world and this moves me. On the other hand, I am concerned for the many children that are taught to think lightly about demons by ‘fooling around’ with them during Halloween.

In history, the church tried to turn a pagan festival into a Christian festival (like they did with the Christmas tree and Easter eggs). To me, that’s like saying to a converted Hindu, he can use the altar where he worshipped his idols now to worship the true Lord. However, the Bible says to cut down holy trees, to tear down ungodly altars and completely remove them. As Christians, we should not compromise with paganism, but replace it with God’s original plan.

There’s only one Spirit we should connect to: the Holy Spirit. We shouldn’t try to connect with dead people, but with the resurrected Lord Jesus Christ. He is alive! Let’s hold on to this message in such a way that it will make Halloween look pale in comparison.

Supernatural signs and wonders
Let me close with another paragraph from Derek’s book, Protection from Deception:

The book of Revelation promises a specific series of supernatural signs and wonders that will signify the end of the age, but we must practice discernment as we anticipate judgment day, guarding ourselves against the devil’s tactics and holding fast to the true church, the bride of Christ. As we await the day when our heavenly Bridegroom, Jesus Christ, will return to deliver us fully from this present evil age, we must be set apart from the world.

When the Scriptures say ‘world’, they generally refer to the world system – the political and social order that rejects God, is ruled by Satan, and governs the minds and manners of people who have not been saved. Through Jesus’ death and resurrection, God secured ultimate victory over the devil. Satan may rule this world, but his reign is fast approaching its end. Our deliverance – and God’s glory – shall endure for all ages.

With this in mind, we are to share God’s light and love with the world – not to be confused with falling in love with the world or seeking to receive its love. Focusing on our heavenly home, we must clothe ourselves with humility. We must put off all self-seeking efforts and motives. These only fuel our pride, a dangerous attitude that blinds us to Satan’s deception and makes us vulnerable. And we must cling to the cross, the same instrument that deliversSatan’s death sentence and secures our salvation through Christ’s victory.

Our Dilemma: Should we participate in Halloween and be a light in the darkness or should we be detached from society? We need wisdom for the right the balance. As a teacher I am often asked to help out at school Halloween Dances and discovered that if I took the stance of “No I cannot condone this satanic festival because I am a Christian” I alienated myself from the community as a kill-joy, and ironically, was seen as being superstitious because of being controlled by a fear!!! Thus I made a convincing impressive bishop’s costume and wore a long Gandalf style white hair wig with beard to wear when supervising the dance! As a result I earned the respect of the staff and children and also had some opportunities to witness because of the many fun yet potentially meaningful interactions I had, for example some would come to me and jokingly say “Forgive me Father for I have sinned!” but each time I felt the Lord gave me a loving and blessed answer which could be used by the Holy Spirit to touch the heart of the listener.

Our church prepares specially decorated bags to give to members to give out when children come round house to house to ask for trick or treat sweets. The bags have sweets but also some appropriate Christian leaflets which a child could enjoy reading, with puzzles and jokes but also putting across the Christian gospel. May God give us much wisdom for all these things, and help us to see them opportunities to witness our freedom from fears because we now live in Christ, and also demonstrate our love for those trapped in superstition. “Is it is bad luck to be superstitious?” … is a tongue in cheek line I sometimes use to get people to stop and think about their observance of superstitions. I’m surrounded by all the celebration, big time, in my school. However, the Lord, by His grace, is at work in many lives, all at different paces – of course we need discernment – but God is patient with us and we need to remember that the Lord builds His church and it is He who justifies through the blood of Jesus. I just think we need to remember, that Jesus was full of ‘grace and truth’, that only the Holy Spirit can bring light to guide us in all these things – and we will all be at different places on the pathway. I was honored to be interviewed by Jim I really enjoyed talking with him again. We traced roots/significance of Halloween, along with Days of the Dead, ‘Diwali’ – India’s Hindu and Sikh Festival of Lights, autumnal sacrifices, etc, in relation to the bible and Jewish holidays, e.g., the Jewish New Year, The Feast of Trumpets, the Day of Atonement, ‘Yom Kippur’ and so on.

A Desperate Woman Healed!!!

My Master

I am nameless.

Not much is said of my life…of who I am, who I have been, and what I have endured.

I have spent the greater portion of my life without a husband to hold or lay next to through the night.

I have been someone’s daughter, my only true title in life.

I keep to myself having no real friends.

Loneliness has been my best friend for years.

I have spent over a dozen years looking at blood…my own blood.

Cleaning it off my sheets and clothing by hand every day and night, often many times a day.

I sometimes feel so much shame because I have to go without clothing in my home.

On the days, the few articles of clothing I did own were still wet from having been washed.

Cleaning my legs, down to my feet from so much blood was a regular occurrence.

You see, I am the woman with the issue of blood.

I have been hemorrhaging for twelve long years.

No one has understood my suffering.

I am always weak…fragile.

What some never noticed is that it has been much more than just the hemorrhaging, for it says I suffered many things due to this condition.

I am anemic due to so much blood loss.

The pain has been endless, at times so unbearable I have even wanted to die many times over.

A multitude of physical ailments has plagued me because of this.

I have visited too many physicians to count, and not one of them has been able to help me. It has only grown worse over time.

Sickness has become the largest part of who I am.

Actually, it has become all that I am – a breathing body, riddled with disease and illness.

All else that made me something more has long since vanished from my existence.

I have been mocked, ridiculed, deemed unclean by law.

I have been prohibited from fellowship with others and even from the worship of God.

Family and the few who used to be close friends cannot touch me.

Twelve long years of nothing but endless isolation.

Hunger has become a vicious enemy, for I have nothing left.

Stricken with poverty, I have spent all that I have, the little it was, on the many physicians who could do nothing for me.

Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, I am drained…finished.

My tears of hopelessness flood where I lay my head each night.

Then one day like every other, racked with pain and desperation, it somehow reached my ears that the worker of miracles would soon be arriving in town.

Stories of previous miracles performed by His hand had long been the whispering words on the lips of many.

What if I were able to meet the miracle worker?

Could He, or would He help me as He has so many before me?

What were the chances in my debilitative state that I could even make the walk to meet Him in time?

How could He touch me to make me whole, as I am unclean?

Could I make it through the vast crowd remaining unnoticed since I am banned from human contact?

With a crowd that is sure to be large, would I get through without touching anyone?

Oh, but the only spark of hope has now set in my thoughts… it is too much to ignore.

I will do the unthinkable. I have to do the unthinkable.

I will exert the last bit of energy within my bones to try, even if it kills me.

I feel I have nothing left to live for anyway.

As I made my way out on my journey, I could hear the rumble of the great crowd in the near distance.

I knew that this must be the place where the Master would arrive.

That was the name I once heard that I liked most… Master.

There were so many people gathered as I slowly struggled making my way towards them.

I was not so certain I would make it, for the pain and weakness is consuming me.

I feared the blood would find its way to my sandals, or possibly through my clothes as it has so many times before.

Yet, I keep pressing on.

I finally make it to all the people, the only scarf I own covering my head.

More anxiety began to take hold of me as I worried I may be spotted for being in a public place filled with so many people.

There would no doubt be consequences, and I may miss the Master if I am caught.

The risk far outweighed the consequence and with racing heart, I carefully made my way through the sea of people.

Speaking of sea, I stopped for a minute as I set my sights upon the Sea of Galilee.

I took in the beautiful picture before me.

The dust-ridden floors of my tiny home had become the view I had seen most these last several years.

Visits to physicians were the only time spent outside my home to view any beauty in the world.

Not only because I am unclean, but also because of all the illness and symptoms related have kept me prisoner in my home.

My thoughts were broken, as suddenly the crowd grew silent.

I could hear the loud, sobering cries of a man’s voice.

As I approached, the crowd still thick, I was able to get close enough to catch a glimpse of the distraught man.

His clothing informed me that he was a leader in the synagogue.

He appeared in awful distress.

I heard a few around me saying that his daughter was dying and he had come to beg the help of the Master as well, His name being Jesus.

That was when I realized I had made it so close to Him.

The silence of the crowd ceased as the man finished speaking, and the two of them began trying to move through the crowd.

Oh no, I must hurry, I have come so far.

I made my way around the last few that stood between the Master and me.

As He and the leader started slowly on their way, His back to me, I was now within reach.

All sense of weakness, fatigue, and pain left me in that moment, as my heart began to pound within my chest again.

I knew this was my only chance.

This was my last chance – I will certainly die if this opportunity escapes me.

As my hand reached out to meet with His garment, all I could think was if only I may touch the Masters clothes,I will be made well.

Instantly, a surge of power so intense, so glorious, raced through my entire body like nothing I have ever felt before.

I immediately felt the blood dry up from within me.

All physical impairments vanished in the blink of my eyes.

For weakness, I felt strength. Relief replaced all pain. My head became free of the dizziness due to hunger and anemia, and that hunger became as if I had been fed.

I had taken some steps back from Him and I could only stand there shaking, looking down upon the body that had failed me for so long.

I was so awestruck at everything that happened to me all at once and so quickly, I had not noticed that He had turned around.

That is when I heard Him ask who had touched His clothes?

He asked with such authority… such confidence as if He knew I had been on a mission.

I looked up and my eyes lay upon the One who was spoken of for so many years – indeed this was the Messiah that had been promised.

He was speaking to His brethren about me, still insisting someone had touched Him.

I grew nervous and fear welled up within me as I realized what I had done in touching the Master as an unclean woman.

What would He say? What would He do? What may be done to me for this transgression I have committed?

Everyone will soon find me out and know the truth of who I am.

The shaking earlier caused from the power of Jesus, was substituted by trembling caused by my fear.

In my mind, I was sure He would never notice such a light, brief touch of my hand.

There had been countless people pressing against Him only moments before I touched Him.

How could He know?

As His eyes grazed through the crowd, I then knew from the determination upon His face, He would never bypass me.

Expectedly, His eyes met mine. No doubt, He recognized the great fear causing me to tremble.

Right away, I was drawn to Him as I fell before Him… fell at the feet of the One who saved my life.

Little did I imagine at this time He had just saved more than my physical vessel.

Tears rolled down my face.

An overwhelming sense of confession came over me.

I could hardly speak as I began telling Him the entire story… I would skip nothing.

Somehow, I knew that He already knew, but I continued speaking.

I could feel the fear begin to subside as what I recognized as peace began entering in.

When I was finished speaking, still on the ground, I opened my eyes to a blurry, tear-filled outline of His sandals.

I suddenly felt His hand upon my shoulder.

Remaining on my knees, I slowly sat up and back upon my heels.

That is when it struck me…He was touching ME.

For the first time in over a dozen years, someone willingly touched me – the one whom had been untouchable.

As I looked up into His eyes, He said, “Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague”.

There was an abundance of love in those words as He smiled at me.

It was also the first time in many years that I was able to return the smile and mean it.

I could not recall the last time I was even able to smile.

I have never felt such love, joy, and peace as in this moment.

I arose as He abruptly had to turn His attention toward another, for He was in dire need elsewhere now.

I stood there watching as He began walking away, seemingly instructing the crowd He be not followed, for they once again clamored for His attention.

There would be no repercussions…no consequences of my actions.

My life started today. I can only imagine what lies ahead.

He would no longer be considered “the” Master.

To me, He would forevermore be called MY Master!

Synchronicities, OBE, 444 Phenomenon and being Attacked by a Demon posing as a Clown – Kim Morgan’s Story.

Kim Morgan wrote: ‘Laura you are welcome to any part of my testimony you wish to use! And I really like Steven Bancarz, he has a lot of guts, as do you.

I watched some of your first videos a few years ago. Your story and Johanna Michaelsen’s shed a lot of light for me. Definitely.

By the time I found your video testimony I already knew the truth. I probably never would have bothered with it when I was so enamored with the “synchronicities” in my life. I thought it was coming from God and I was tuned in.

After I heard your story I was frightened to death. Realizing how close I’d come? What was in store for me if those hands hadn’t pushed me back in my body??

I don’t remember if you heard voices. I know your mom did. But I now feel I had to have been in deep spiritual darkness for that demon to speak to me audibly. Keep in mind, I’d cleaned up my life years before, so it was my spiritual life that was still filthy. I still needed to be forgiven BAD.

I wasn’t so much a New Ager as I was a seeker. For me it started around 1991 with the 444 phenomenon. I simply saw 444s multiple times per days for years. It ended with demonic attacks and an almost OBE. There are many many incidences in between. But I also knew Jesus was something special, I just couldn’t figure out where He fit in.

I’d been reading a book on astral projection written by Moen and I had it in the bookshelf above my bed. On this particular day, I laid down on my bed to watch an A&E documentary on angelic beings. It was probably 5-6pm yet I remember that I could hardly keep my eyes open

I was suddenly so very sleepy. So I decided to close my eyes and just listen to the program. Within a minute or two I could feel tingling in my fingers and toes. My mind was definitely awake because I was paying attention to it as it began to grow in intensity and began moving up my arms and legs towards the center of me. I recognized that it might be an OBE and wanted to go with it. Once the vibrating became a very strong buzz, I opened my eyes fully expecting to be somewhere near the ceiling. But I had opened my eyes too soon and it all came to an abrupt stop.

Soooo, I quickly closed them and began to visualize floating out in space and, boom, it began again, only the sequence was much quicker. Tingling – vibrating – buzzing – and liftoff. I could feel myself begin to rise an I knew it was happening.

So as I began to rise (eyes still closed) I could feel 2 hands on my shoulders and 2 hands on my ankles gently pushing me back down in my body. In my mind I thought, “Why are you stopping me? Why can’t I do this??” and then I must have fallen into a deep sleep.

In my sleep I was talking to someone dressed up as a clown. The clown told me that the next day I would be visited by a multi-winged angel. I remember looking at the clown’s eyes and they were marble-like and very creepy and I was wary of him.

Next morning. I was still laying in the exact same position I had fallen asleep in. I hadn’t moved at all. I was awakened by the slight shaking of my bed, which was my dog Buddie. As I opened my eyes to a room that was filling with sunlight, I saw a pitch black figure creeping past the foot of my bed.

It looked like something out of a cartoon. Male, slightly built, I was seeing its profile tippytoeing past the foot of my bed in an exaggerated fashion. And as soon as I looked at it, it spun around to face me and quickly dove down towards the floor. Gone. And I was so naive at the time I actually told it it could stay!!

After this episode I began to have sleep paralysis attacks. I’d be sound asleep and sometime after midnight I’d be awakened to a feeling of someone tugging at me, as though they were trying to gain entry. I don’t know why I knew to do it, but I would think in my head “Go away in Jesus name!” and that would end it.

One night, after maybe the 3rd attack, I spent the entire night on the internet researching shadow people and in the morning began to nod off in my easy chair. Again, I could feel the pulling begin and an audible voice, in my right ear say, “Do you really think you can win?”

That was when I knew I was in a spiritual struggle for my very soul. That was when it dawned on my that I had been tricked, over and over, by demonic spirits from an early age.

Those glassy eyes the clown had? I’d seen them years before when an alleged dead friend came to visit me in a lucid dream. My so called friend Hal, whose hand I’d been holding when he died of cancer 2 weeks prior, told me that he was with Jesus. I found that interesting because Hal was Jewish and I didn’t think he had any relationship at all with Jesus. So it was curious to me that he’d say that and one of the reasons I always felt that Jesus wasn’t a fraud at all. But the deceptive part was that you didn’t have to know Him to wind up with Him.

So I never really worried about salvation as it is taught.

I can also tell you that everytime I set foot in a church I would cry. Tears would just well up in my eyes and I couldnt control it. It was embarrassing and I’d sit in the back and try not to be noticed.

The life I led before coming to Christ left me heavily heavily demonized. Probably cursed too. I have broken every Commandment. I will be frank about that because I owe it to Him. Alcoholism, drugs, lying, stealing, abortions, gambling, smoking, fornication, bitterness, unforgiveness… all of them.

I’m also learning as much as I can about deliverance so I can help people. I am very into deliverance and see the world in a whole new light. I am reading Gene Moody’s Deliverance Manual and Dr. Henry Wright “A More Excellent Way”.

(Laura’s note). I asked Kim when she actually came to Jesus, how did that happen exactly.

Looking back I don’t think I had a revelation of Jesus so much as I had a revelation of Hell. I always knew that Jesus was very special and I prayed to Him off and on throughout my life, asking Him to help me to become a better person, etc.

But now I was convicted of the reality of hell and I knew I was going there without The Lord to save me. The scales were off and the fight was on. We have this one life to get it right!

‘We are the clay, and you are the potter.’
Isaiah 64:8 NLT

Ever watched a lump of clay being transformed into something beautiful? If the potter wasn’t shaping it, the clay wouldn’t change. Isaiah says, ‘We are the clay, and you are the potter. We are all formed by your hand.’ With God shaping us, we’re transformed into something even more beautiful than we were before. The things that we struggle with, our worries, phobias, habits and temptations, can all be left behind when we let God start to shape us.

We might feel that we can’t change, that we’re going to be trapped by the things we struggle with forever. But that’s not true. There’s hope and a promise of freedom for us, because God works with us to create a beautiful life. In Jeremiah 18, God paints the picture of a potter who, when the pot didn’t go quite right, reshaped it into something else. That’s what God does with us too.

When we feel broken or have lost our way, He takes us and reshapes us. All we have to do is place our lives in His hands. Trying to change ourselves only leads to stress because when it doesn’t work, and we go backwards, we can feel like we’ve failed. God wants to help us change permanently, He wants to gently mould and transform us.

When we stop trying to change ourselves and surrender to God, true and lasting change can take place. And He won’t give up helping us to change, the Bible says: ‘he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus’ (Philippians 1:6 NIV).

What Now?

Think about some of the things in your life that you feel are holding back. Spend some time handing them over to God to make something beautiful from them.

Beautiful Transformation

‘We are the clay, and you are the potter.’
Isaiah 64:8 NLT

Ever watch a lump of clay being transformed into something beautiful? The clay can’t change itself; the power to do that lies in the hands of the potter. Isaiah says, ‘We are the clay, and you are the potter. We are all formed by your hand.’

That means you don’t have to live the rest of your life with your phobias and hang-ups; God can change you. Even if you’ve been a worrier all your life, you don’t have to worry for the rest of your life. So, what if you were born in poverty or prejudice? You don’t have to die that way.

Where did you get the idea that you can’t change? What’s the source of comments such as ‘It’s just my nature to worry,’ or ‘I’ll always be pessimistic; I’m just that way,’ or ‘I come from a family of alcoholics and addicts so I’ll never be free’?

Would you make the same statement about your physical body? ‘It’s just my nature to have a broken leg. I can’t do anything about it.’ Of course not. If your body malfunctions, you seek help.

Shouldn’t you do the same with your sinful appetites, sour attitudes, and selfish tirades? What the world sees as rubbish, God sees as treasure. And like the potter, He can take you, mould you, and make you into a vessel of honour (see 2 Timothy 2:21).

All you have to do is place your life in His hands. We sing, ‘Have Thine own way, Lord, have Thine own way. Thou art the potter, I am the clay.’ When you stop trying to change yourself and surrender to God, true and lasting change takes place.
