Receive God’s Reassurance and Encouragement through these Scriptures!

Scripture reading isn’t just for gaining knowledge. It’s also one of the main ways He can touch us and talk to us!

We feed our soul and connect with God, through reading scripture, prayer, and singing worship songs to Him. Many people actually feel His tangible presence and anointing doing these simple things and it strengthens our relationship with Him, developing an intimacy with Him so that we can learn to ‘hear’ His voice better!

In fact, these are the ways we receive anything from God, including receiving physical healing, strength, guidance, wisdom, peace, power for spiritual warfare and so on.

The bible is a key weapon of our warfare, hallelujah!

Positive changes begin to occur through the power of the Holy Spirit and the supernatural power that’s within worship, prayer and the scriptures themselves.

The spiritual dynamite power of the Holy Bible.

Can I suggest you build yourself up, strengthening your spirit as you draw closer to Him through scripture?

Some helpful verses are listed below.

If a verse seems to jump out at you or feel significant to your current situation, it’s likely God is using it to talk to you today! Such verses bring you God’s reassurance or direction and build up your faith, by speaking them aloud and using them in prayer. Doing this will deepen your relationship and intimacy with the Lord too.

The LORD your God is with you. He is mighty to save. He takes great delight in you. He will quieten you with His love, He rejoices over you with singing. (Zephaniah 3:17)

Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.

Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

1 Peter 5:7  Cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you.

John 15:10-11  … abide in My love … These things have I spoken unto you, that My joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me …

Romans 8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

Isaiah 43:1-2 Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are Mine.  When you pass through the waters, I will be with you and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you.

Jeremiah 31:3-4 I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness. I will build you up again and you will be rebuilt…

2 Corinthians 6:18 “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters,” says the Lord Almighty.

Hebrews 4:14-16 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are–yet without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Isaiah 40:10-11 Here is your God! See, the Sovereign LORD comes with power, and his arm rules for him. See, his reward is with him, and his recompense accompanies him. He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.

Hebrews 10:25-28 So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. For in just a very little while, “He who is coming will come and not delay…

Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 8:18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed to us later.

Romans 8:31-32 Since God is for us, who can be against us?! He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all — how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?

2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.

Protection Verses

Romans 8:34-39 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution of famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Psalm 91 verses 1 to 16.

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
    will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.[a]
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
    my God, in whom I trust.”

Surely he will save you
    from the fowler’s snare
    and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover you with his feathers,
    and under his wings you will find refuge;
    his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
You will not fear the terror of night,
    nor the arrow that flies by day,
nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
    nor the plague that destroys at midday.
A thousand may fall at your side,
    ten thousand at your right hand,
    but it will not come near you.
You will only observe with your eyes
    and see the punishment of the wicked.

If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
    and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10 no harm will overtake you,
    no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
    to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands,
    so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
    you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

14 “Because he[b] loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
    I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
    I will be with him in trouble,
    I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him
    and show him my salvation.”
