Thanks Laura for sharing. So true that even some psychologists may be involved in new age practices by combining it into their therapeutic approach. A couple of years ago I was interested in participating in a workshop by a local psychologist. I wanted to be sure that he was not incorporating spiritualism so I called and asked him if he communicated with spirits. I was shocked when he hesitated and said ” only if they want to .” He went on to say that he welcomed their assistance in the therapy. Another thing too…my mother used to see spirits . Once one even looked like Jesus. She said they were kind and would caress her face in a gentle way. I told her they were demonic. The next time this happened she pushed the spirits hand away and it twisted her arm! She saw it was indeed evil.
