In December 2011, the Christian Institute was delighted to report that a New Freedom of Speech clause was added to the religious hatred law in the Scottish anti-sectarianism Bill. It allows Christians to preach the Gospel in Scotland thus won’t stifle our religious debate.
Minister Roseanna Cunningham said, “… it will protect the right to discuss and criticise religion … and to try to convert people to their religion.” Praise God we can’t be arrested now for preaching, or accused of religious hatred when preaching the Gospel!
This applies to YouTube, Facebook and other online sites too, including this one! By Scottish law, we can’t be banned from sharing our views on such sites! This law protects Scottish Christians whose religious liberty has potentially been under threat in the past.
Free speech for Scottish Christians, Ministers and Evangelists has thus been protected!

Our Spiritual Quest 
Dear Laura, praise Godfor the enclosed- but isn’t it sad that we have come to this state of affairs? The USA was founded upon judeo-christian principles and here, little by little, every day- our rights to express our christian views are being curtailed- really on the way to communism. I don’t know about Scotland, other than to know that some great ministers in the USA, LLOYD OGILVIE and MARSHALL, both of whom had become chaplains of the Senate of the USA- and were very proud of their Scottish heritage. I personally knew that to be the case with pastor LLOYD OGILVIE, which leads me to believe that christianity was very prevalent and welcome in Scotland- and if that is the case, now you have a law telling you you will not be punished for expressing your christian views.

Thanx Judge Eve. Yeah, Scotland used to be quite Christian and sent out many missionaries and evangelists to other nations, but it hasn’t been that way for decades. However, many prophecies abound that it will become that way again, praise God! Lovely to hear from you again and Shalom to you sister 🙂
